We are currently recruiting for an SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in Brighton. This role involves supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) to help them succeed in a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with SEN on a 1:1 or small group basis

• Assist the teacher with classroom activities

• Encourage student engagement and confidence

Requirements

• Previous SEN experience is essential

• Enhanced DBS required

• Patient and supportive approach

• Strong communication skills
