Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with one of the most trusted UK fit out businesses, who are currently on the look out for a Quantity Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for overseeing the commercial success of our projects within the fit-out sector, ensureing that all works are being completed within an agreed budget.

What are we looking for?

* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a commercial setting, ideally fitouts or shop fitting.

* Qualification in Quantity Surveying.

* Desirable, a RICS certification.

* Strong attention to detail

Key Responsibilities:

* Take ownership of cost control and reporting on a high-value fit-out project.

* Manage procurement of subcontractors and materials.

* Review and negotiate subcontractor quotations and packages.

* Prepare and submit interim valuations and final accounts.

* Monitor project progress and maintain accurate cost tracking.

* Provide commercial support to the site team and project managers.

* Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
