As a Lead Consultant, you'll drive complex, client-facing projects from discovery through to deployment, mentor junior consultants, and shape user-centric solutions that drive real value.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of D365 CE and Power Platform projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
Facilitate workshops, gather requirements and design scalable, customer-focused solutions
Mentor Junior Consultants, promote best practices and contribute to delivery methodology improvements.
Support Pre-Sales activities, stakeholder engagement and project handovers to client success team. Skills

Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, AI Builder, Power BI, Co-Pilot)
Proven expertise designing and delivering full lifecycle business solutions, including data modelling and automation
Strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels.
Familiarity with ALM best practices, chatbot development and Microsoft licensing models. Benefits
