Tudor Employment Agency are currently looking for an Administrator to join our highly regarded client, based in Cannock. This assignment is for approximately 3 months.  The right applicant will be a strong administrator with customer relations experience and excellent excel skills

Contract: 3 months possibly longer

Start Date: ASAP

Hours of Work: 8.30 - 5pm

Salary : circa £10 per hour

Job Duties:

  • Maintain and develop key relationships with customers, colleagues, and third-party stakeholders
  • Resolve operational issues arising from non-compliance with process, and co-ordinate corrective actions
  • Undertake activities relating to additional projects as required.
  • Provide timely and detailed reports on activities as required
  • Contribute continuous improvement and innovation ideas / projects
  • Maintain a customer complaint service schedule to mitigate billing and service issues
  • Ratify and facilitate invoicing on a monthly basis
  • MUST be competent on Excel

  • Proactive and able to use own initiative
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong administration and computer skills
  • Customer relations background
