Production / Machine Operators - Burnley

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our prestigious client in the Burnley area for Production / Machine Operators to join their growing team.

The Role

The role involves working within a busy production environment where duties will include:

Operating production machinery

*

Mixing batches of products

*

Moving finished products using a Counterbalance FLT truck

*

Working as part of a team to ensure production targets are met

*

Maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail

FLT training can be provided for candidates who do not currently hold a licence.

The Ideal Candidate

Previous experience within a production or manufacturing environment

*

Experience operating machinery

*

Strong attention to detail

*

Ability to work well within a team

*

Good work ethic and reliability

Hours & Salary

Rotating weekly shifts:

*

AM Shift: 5:30am - 1:30pm

*

PM Shift:

*

Monday - Thursday: 1:20pm - 9:30pm

*

Friday: 12:30pm - 6:40pm

Pay:

*

£12.41 per hour

*

39 hours per week

*

£210 monthly shift allowance

*

Equivalent to £13.65 per hour

There is potential for pay increases after 6 months, subject to training and performance.
