On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join them on a permanent basis. This is a pivotal role that supports both office operations and workshop production planning, ensuring efficient progression of customer orders from initial quote through to delivery and invoicing.

Location: Greater Manchester
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 - 16:00
Status: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and track customer order progress in collaboration with the Workshop Manager
Prepare and manage cost quotations for customers
Raise and manage purchase orders with suppliers
Produce and update weekly customer status reports
Generate and manage customer invoices
Monitor and progress customer orders through internal systems
Process and manage warranty-related orders
Provide general administrative and coordination support to ensure customer satisfactionExperience

Experience in office administration and production or planning environments
Experience in Aviation or in a technical or manufacturing/engineering setting
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Confident with managing customer and supplier communication
Competent in using MS Office and business systems for data entry and reporting
Good attention to detail and a proactive approach to task completion
