Our Client is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Internal Sales Team Member to join their busy Sales Department. This is a busy role suited to someone who thrives under pressure and enjoys working with customers.
Hours of Work: 40 hours per week (1 Hour Break)
Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
Responsibilities/Duties:
- Handling incoming customer enquiries via telephone and email
- Processing orders accurately and efficiently
- Providing product advice and support
- Upselling and promoting company products and services
- Maintaining accurate data entry and records
Skills & Experience:
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident telephone manner
- Good IT and administrative skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Manage Priorities and work under pressure
