📍 The Role - SEN Teaching Assistant (1:1 Support)

As a full-time SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

* Provide consistent 1:1 support for a pupil with additional needs

* Implement EHCP strategies and behaviour plans

* Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to monitor progress

* Promote emotional wellbeing, independence, and inclusion

* Uphold safeguarding standards in line with KCSIE

This SEN Teaching role requires prior experience supporting children with SEND, ideally in a 1:1 capacity.

💰 Pay & Commitment

* Daily rate: £95-£105, based on experience and assignment

* Full-time hours, term-time only

* Long-term placement with potential for permanent transition
