I am seeking a Business Administrator initially on a temporary basis but could go permanent for the right candidate.

This role is to support Directors and contribute to client management. The ideal candidate will be IT-savvy, possess a positive attitude, and be eager to understand and engage with the business and clients. This role is perfect for a quick learner who is keen to grasp our processes and the products and services we offer.

Day to Day of the Role:

  • Front office meeting greeting clients
  • Manage incoming phone queries.
  • Generate and send client quotes.
  • Oversee client services and billing.
  • Source competitive pricing and manage stock.
  • Conduct stock control and manage client reporting.
  • Assist in the implementation of new software as needed.
  • Order hardware and software, and register hardware warranties.
  • Schedule contractor visits when necessary.
  • Provide administrative support to directors and team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in IT with a keen interest in technology and its applications.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a service-minded approach.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Curiosity and a genuine interest in new technologies.
  • Self-motivation with a drive to assist in business progression.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Onsite beer fridge.
  • Free car parking.
