Landscape Property Manager - Residential/Condominium

Job Description

Position responsibilities include:

  • Manage client relationships through proactive communication
  • Manage contracts for a client base of 25-40 clients
  • Perform quality control audits
  • Work with and set-up crews as they perform fine gardening tasks and enhancements
  • Coordinate with Production Manager to schedule work
  • Manage multiple client properties
  • Manage client and subcontractor relationships
  • Recommend and sell Enhancements
  • Estimate Enhancement work and maintenance contracts
  • Provide excellent and proactive customer service
  • Inspect properties and ensure quality of work

Education, training, experience:

  • 2 or 4 year degree (preferably in horticulture or related field) and 3+ years previous experience in sales
  • Proficiency in plant knowledge
  • Proficiency with pruning and horticultural procedures
  • Ability to train others in field
  • Proficiency with desktop software, specifically: MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Landscape Management Software (LMN or Comparable)
  • Aptitude to learn quickly and integrate knowledge
  • Proven ability to multitask, manage change and meet expectations
  • Capacity to work as a team member and individually
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Proven ability to prioritize client matters and make sound decisions

Year-Round Landscape Maintenance and Construction seeking to expand its landscape/maintenance crews. Prior Horticulture Knowledge a plus but not required Winter employment offered for snow removal services.
