We are recruiting for an administrator/project co-ordinator for a leading IT Service provider based in Milton Keynes.
We are looking for someone who has IT experience as the role is to deal with the admin for a Microsoft 365 rollout so there is certain terminology etc which you will need to understand (first line analyst experience would be a good start)
The role is hybrid, three days a week in the office and two from home (you can do full time in the office if you prefer)
Job Description
- Update, communicate, and manage deployment plan
- Oversee the successful delivery of the app remediation activity to ensure signed off business areas can get added to the plan
- Provide information support and reporting to update predefined reports on regular frequency (mapping completions etc)
- Meeting attendance and active collaboration with project delivery, support and technical teams
- Provide regular reporting on the migration (deployment/planning / prep) status
- Promptly raise risks, concerns and ensure tracking
- Fully support the project delivery and management team
This is an umbrella contract, the role is Inside IR35
