Property Lister / Valuer - Colchester

Location: Colchester

Basic Salary: £24,000 - £25,000 (DOE)

OTE: £50,000+

Hours: 5-day week, every other Saturday (day in lieu provided if worked)

The Role

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Property Lister / Valuer to join a successful and established team in Colchester. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident individual with strong listing ability who thrives on winning new business and building lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Conducting property valuations and market appraisals
Winning new instructions and increasing market share
Building and maintaining strong vendor relationships
Advising clients on pricing and marketing strategies
Working closely with the sales team to ensure smooth transactions
Delivering consistently high levels of customer service

Requirements

Previous estate agency experience (Lister/Valuer preferred)
Proven track record of winning instructions
Target-driven with strong negotiation skills
Professional, well-presented and articulate
Full UK driving licence
