Workman's Recruitment is excited to present an outstanding opportunity for a skilled multi-trader to join a dynamic team within a medium-sized housing association.

As a multi-trader, you will perform reactive and planned maintenance works in occupied domestic properties, primarily catering to individuals with disabilities or learning abilities. Effective communication and a calm demeanor are essential for success in this role.

Location:

You will be traveling and undertaking repairs across Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Wiltshire, Buckinghamshire ,and other surrounding areas.

Desired Skillset & Responsibilities:

* Kitchen/Bathroom Fitting

* Door/Lock Replacements

* Painting/Decorating

* Fitting Doors

* Patch Plastering

* Plumbing

* Logging and signing off jobs via a PDA.

* Collaborate closely with tenants, planners, and schedulers.

Requirements:

* Full UK Driving License

* Experience in a maintenance or multi-trade position

* Previous experience in the social housing sector (preferred but not essential)

* City & Guilds or NVQ in a specific trade (preferred but not essential)

Package/Benefits

* Basic Salary: £34,000 - £35,000 per annum
