We are looking for an inside sales representative to manage an existing book of business. You will interact with prospective and existing customers to obtain reorders and increase product sales. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, reaching decision makers, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.
“Get the sale” using various sales methods (phone, email, social media, trade shows etc.)
Evaluate customers' needs, up-sell products, and recommend alternatives
Establish and maintain ongoing customer relationships
Meet personal and team sales quotas
Attend meeting, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments
Maintain and expand client database
Attend trade shows on occasion (some travel required)
Proven sales experience
Strong phone presence
Experience working with NetSuite or similar CRM
Computer use competency
Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and driven
BA/BS degree or equivalent helpful but not required
