Join a forward-thinking wealth management firm dedicated to delivering expert financial planning to high-net-worth individuals. My client are seeking a meticulous and motivated Paraplanner to support Advisers and Directors in crafting tailored financial solutions.

About the Role

In this dynamic position, you’ll collaborate closely with experienced Consultants to provide technically robust financial advice. You’ll be responsible for producing suitability letters and reports, conducting in-depth research, and liaising with clients and internal teams to ensure the highest quality service. This is a high-trust role where autonomy, precision, and client focus are key.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare suitability letters and reports in line with FCA guidance
  • Research financial solutions and assist with complex client queries
  • Analyse raw client data for planning recommendations
  • Keep records and ensure compliance with AML, GDPR, and internal policy
  • Stay ahead of legislation and brief Consultants on regulatory updates
  • Mentor junior team members and maintain quality control across outputs

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (essential)
  • 2+ years’ paraplanning experience in a client-facing technical role
  • Proven expertise in pension consolidation, retirement planning, and holistic financial advice
  • Strong compliance knowledge and report writing skills
