Position: Sales Manager

Location: Erith

Salary: £40,000 per annum + Uncapped Bonus (Est. £5k in first year)

Hours: 9am-5pm Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a small sales team to achieve targets and drive revenue growth
• Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand customer base
• Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to maximise business opportunities
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities
• Provide regular sales reports and analysis to senior management
• Drive continuous improvement in sales processes and customer experience

Skills and Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or a candidate with extensive sales experience looking to take the next step up in their career
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Knowledge of market trends, competitor analysis, and sales techniques
• Full UK driving licence- due to location of the office
