Stores Manager

This is a superb opportunity for Stores Manager to join the business through this rapid period of growth. The business is looking for a driven and motivated Stores Operative to support the team through these exciting times.

The Role

* Provide guidance and coaching for stakeholders on Inventory practices.

* Monitor all new suppliers.

* Allocation of parts/jobs and control minimum and maximum stock levels.

* Control orders via bespoke database .

* Control and monitor all parts issued.

* Control all tools and equipment in and out of stores.

* Record all damaged tools and equipment via complaints database.

* Build and maintain effective relations with other departments.

* Document and control 6 month and 12 month stock takes.

* Control Coshh data sheets.

* Attend regular meetings.

* Communicate to all departments on time lines on orders to ensure any anomalies are dealt with.

* Maintain standards of the store team through effective training and performance monitoring.

The Person

* 2 years experience in management role.

* Hold a full UK Driving license (desirable).

* Good communication skills.

* Problem-solving.

* Competency in IT.

* The capability to deal with a variety of works.

* Organised.

* Always demonstrate a customer focused and professional attitude.
