Job Description

We are seeking a reliable Office Assistant to join our team! Must be able to work 8 to 5 Monday through Friday. You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.


  • Accounts Payable
    • Entering Vendor Invoices
    • Payment of Vendor Invoices
    • Reconciliation of credit cards and bank statements
  • Back-up Sales Order Processing
    • Sales Order Entry
    • Invoicing Sales Orders
  • Back-up Accounts Receivable
    • Recording Payments
    • Follow Through With Customers On Payments
  • Professional Handling of Incoming Calls
  • Assisting with Customer Service
  • Perform other office tasks as needed


  • Minimum of High School Diploma or Equivalent is Required
  • College Degree or Some College is a Plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office is Required
  • Experience in Accounting and Bookkeeping is a Plus
  • Ability To Prioritize and Multitask
  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills is a Plus
  • Strong Attention to Detail
  • ​Strong Organizational Skills
