We're working with a highly inclusive and forward-thinking secondary school in Ealing that is looking to expand its SEND support team from September 2025. This is a long-term opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students with additional needs.
Your Role as a Secondary SEN TA:
Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support for students with Autism (ASD), ADHD, Dyslexia, and SEMH needs
Work closely with teaching staff to differentiate and adapt learning for diverse needs
Help to manage behaviour positively and encourage student independence
Monitor progress and offer consistent emotional and academic supportWe're Looking For:
A minimum of 1 year's experience supporting SEN students in a UK secondary school
Strong communication skills and a confident, calm approach
A genuine passion for working with students with special educational needs
