The Recruiter/ Account Manager

Staffing Solutions Enterprises is seeking a full-time Customer Experience Manager for our corporate office located in Mayfield Heights

The Recruiter/ Account Manager will develop and maintain relationships with companies and candidates for the purpose of staffing temporary, temp-to-hire and direct positions, and exceeding client expectations as well as achieving established company goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute in the following areas in order to meet or exceed Customer Experience and Quality objectives and to meet or exceed annual financial goals.
    • Recruitment
    • Placement
    • Customer Service
    • Sales & Marketing
    • Employee Relations

Customer Experience Standards:

  • Develop and maintain productive relationships with various traditional and non-traditional recruiting sources.
  • Conduct behavior-based interviews to identify candidates who will exceed the expectations of our customers. 
  • Identify qualified employees to meet specific customer job requirements.    
  • Expand business through quality placement services.
  • Maintain a regular schedule of contact with all clients, based upon their service classification.
  • Maintain & develop relationships with existing clients, ensuring that their needs are consistently met.
  • Resolve issues to clients' satisfaction.
  • Market the various services of the agency
  • Obtain orders from current and potential clients through express placement.
  • Identify potential new clients through the interviewing and reference checking.
  • Maintain continuous contact with working and available employees in order to fully understand their status, needs and goals.

Quality Standards:

  • Maintain Company database accurately and timely.
  • Administer testing as appropriate based upon applicant goals and experiences.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, local and company regulations regarding EEO, reference and background checking, and withholding.
  • Obtain complete and thorough assignment descriptions from clients in order to accurately and fully understand position requirements and personal characteristics needed to fill positions.
  • Effectively resolve employee relations issues, minimizing disruption in client service and maintaining quality client relations.
  • Provide assignment feedback and counsel as necessary in order to positively impact performance.
