Your new role

• Deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons using school-provided resources
• Support early learners with foundational skills in phonics, reading, writing, and numeracy
• Provide clear and constructive feedback for the class teacher at the end of the day

• Follow school policies on marking and behaviour management with confidence and care

What you'll need to succeed

• Availability for flexible or consistent teaching assignments
• Experience teaching Key Stage 1
• A warm and confident classroom presence, with strong communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with teaching assistants and school staff
• A teaching style that supports diverse learning needs
• Professionalism and positivity in all interactions with pupils, parents, and colleagues
