Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation Consultant- Contract

Remote- Must be based in the UK

I am working with a global organisation who are embarking on a large scale optimisation project focusing on Advanced compensation. They are looking for a specialist to join them to assist them in configuring the business needs. They are ideally looking for someone who has experience with pay girds, compensation profiles and can complete change requests with ease.

• Design and build compensation cycles, bonus plans, and merit processes

• Provide subject matter expertise on compensation best practices and Workday capabilities
