I currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Manager to run a well-established Home in the Birmingham area. This purpose-built Home offers luxury, round-the-clock care, prioritising emotional and physical of all residents and staff alike.

The Home Manager package includes:

A 10% bonus
£65k salary

Requirements:

Good knowledge of the most up to date clinical practices
Experience in managing similar settings
Positive, can-do attitude
Excellent leadership skills
