As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you'll work across the full lifecycle-concept, design, analysis, prototyping, testing, and production-creating lightweight, robust, and manufacturable aircraft structures and mechanisms.

Key Responsibilities:

Design 3D CAD models and 2D drawings for primary structures, mechanisms, and payload integration.
Develop mechanical systems such as landing gear, control surfaces, and cargo interfaces.
Conduct preliminary structural and kinematic analyses.
Support prototype builds, ground and flight tests, and implement design improvements.
Work cross‑functionally with systems, propulsion, avionics, software, and manufacturing teams.
Produce manufacturing drawings, BOMs and resolve technical queries with suppliers.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in mechanical design, preferably in aerospace or UAVs.
Proficiency with CAD software (SolidWorks, SolidWorks PDM).
Experience designing lightweight structural assemblies in a relevant sector.
Knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes relevant to lightweight structures.
