We’re looking for a talented Sous Chef (or ambitious Chef de Partie ready to step up) to join the team at a popular 16th century coaching inn in the Cotswolds.
This award-winning gastro pub is known for scratch-cooked dishes, seasonal specials, and locally brewed Hook Norton ales. It’s busy, well-loved, and a fantastic place to grow your career.
What you’ll be doing

Supporting the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations

Leading shifts and guiding junior chefs

Bringing ideas for menus and specials

Cooking with fresh, local ingredients

Keeping the kitchen organised, clean, and safe
What we’re looking for

A Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie with proven experience

Confidence running busy services and leading a team

Passion for great food and creative seasonal menus

A calm, positive approach under pressure
