Job Role: Quality Inspector

Location: Nottingham

Shift: 6-2 / 2-10 / 10-6 weekly rotating (continental shift)

Pay Rate: Starting at £17.20 per hour including shift allowance

The Company:

A well-established engineering business serving the pharmaceutical and manufacturing sectors, with a strong focus on precision engineering is looking for Quality Inspector to join their growing production team.

The Quality Inspector Candidate:

* Minimum 3 years' experience in a precision engineering inspection role

* Experience using Mitutoyo CMM is preferred but not essential

* Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail

* Comfortable using verniers, micrometers, jigs, and inspection software

* Able to read and interpret engineering drawings

* Flexible with working hours and has a positive attitude

The Quality Inspector Responsibilities:

* Perform in-process and final inspections

* Use hand measuring instruments and inspection fixtures

* Log inspection results and generate reports

* Raise non-conformance reports (NCRs)

* Maintain adherence to quality standards and documentation
