Service Desk Technician Newcastle (Outside IR35)

Attention all talented IT professionals! An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Service Desk Technician to join our esteemed client on an urgent basis. We're currently seeking individuals to provide invaluable support for a Windows refresh project. This dynamic 6 month contract is based in the vibrant city of Newcastle. Immediate availability is preferred.

In this versatile role, you will have the chance to showcase your comprehensive desktop support skills during three days in the office, addressing a wide range of technical issues and ensuring seamless user experiences. Additionally, you will enjoy the flexibility of working remotely for two days each week, where you will provide expert assistance via Service Desk chat and telephone support, helping users resolve their IT concerns promptly and efficiently.
