A well-known beauty brand is looking for a hands-on, commercially focused Marketing Manager to lead its marketing function and drive brand visibility, engagement, and growth.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a 360° marketer who thrives in an SME environment and enjoys balancing strategy with execution.

The Role

* Own and deliver the marketing strategy across digital, brand, and trade

* Manage and develop a small marketing team - collaborative, supportive leadership style

* Drive performance across email, paid social, and influencer/content channels

* Lead brand campaigns and activations to increase visibility and relevance

* Partner with sales to deliver impactful retail/trade marketing initiatives

* Streamline processes and simplify communications across the business

About You

* Proven Marketing Manager experience (FMCG/beauty/cosmetics/fashion ideal)

* Strong digital marketing background (email, paid social, content/influencers)

* Commercially minded with a hands-on, “roll up your sleeves” approach

* Experience managing and developing teams

* Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset

* Confident working in a fast-paced SME environment
