Position Details:

Role: Level 3 Teaching Assistant

Location: Cambridge and surrounding areas

Start Date: ASAP (flexible working available)

Salary: £90–£121 per day (equivalent to approx. £14.00–£15.00 per hour)

Type: Temporary, day-to-day supply roles with potential for permanent placement

Responsibilities

• Supporting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom setup
• Working 1:1 or in small groups with students
• Monitoring and reporting student progress
• Providing emotional and academic support
• Occasionally leading classes with teacher assistance

 Requirements:

• Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning
• Experience in UK schools preferred
• Strong understanding of safeguarding practices
• Calm, confident, and adaptable personality
• Passion for helping children succeed
