We are a chiropractic facility in need of someone to handle front office and back office duties.
Not required, however, we would prefer someone who has experience working in either a chiropractic, orthopedic, pain management or similar facility with experience with either WC or personal injury.
You will be representing our clinic and must understand the importance of outstanding customer service and patient care. Be a team player, interact with corporate office, general manager and clinic director regularly.
Will be responsible to assure that service standards are being achieved and ensure that the clinic is maintaining and exceeding established policies and procedures.
Must be professional, reliable, have excellent phone etiquette, highly organized, pay strong attention to detail and efficient with strong follow-up skills. Ability to address client concerns and make recommendations for and/or implement resolutions as necessary.
Duties will include but not limited to:
Answering phones and following through with requests.
Maintain referring attorney/client relationships.
Managing and maintaining patient charts.
Administrative front office duties.
Performing back office treatments.
Maintaining the quality and high standard of the care provided and general atmosphere of the office and report to the general manager and clinic director.
Perform other related duties as assigned or needed.
This is a full-time/long term position. M-F 9am to 6pm. (This schedule is mandatory, so please do not respond if you are unable to arrive by 9am sharp and stay till 6pm).
