You'll work closely with project teams, senior leaders, and communications colleagues to develop and deliver a cohesive communications strategy that engages employees, informs stakeholders, and reflects the organisation's values and vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver a communications plan to support business transformation and integration.

  • Establish and maintain effective internal communication channels.

  • Manage external communications, including media relations and stakeholder engagement.

  • Coordinate with UK and international communications teams to ensure consistent messaging.

  • Support community engagement and corporate events in Northern Ireland.

  • Create and edit high-quality content, including press releases, briefings, and leadership updates.

What You'll Need:

  • Strong experience in corporate or internal communications, ideally within a transformation, integration, or M&A environment.

  • Good understanding of the Northern Ireland media and community landscape.
