Dutch and English Speaking Customer Support
Location: Hybrid (Canary Wharf, London) | Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:00am-4:00pm | Salary: £30k

Exciting opportunity for a fluent Dutch and English speaker to join a dynamic customer support and community management team, working with a leading global consumer brand.

The Role:

• Engage with customers via email, live chat, and social media

• Support service improvements and customer satisfaction initiatives

• Collaborate in a fast-paced, supportive environment

You'll Need:

• Experience in customer service or community management

• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude

• Fluency in Dutch and English (French is a bonus)

• Familiarity with tools like Sprinklr (preferred)
