We have full time and part time positions available.

Help others access healthcare..

  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in customer service and/or call center environment required.
  • Experience in health/human services and knowledge of Rhode Island Medicaid and the ACA preferred.
  • Strong PC proficiency required.
  • Associates Degree preferred in social or behavioral sciences or related field.
  • Bilingual skills (i.e., Spanish) a plus.

Three weeks of paid training Monday through Friday 8:30AM-5:00PM.
