Job Title: Field Service Coffee Engineer

Location: Central London

Salary: £37,000 - £40,000 + Overtime

Schedule: Monday to Friday + 1 weekend in 4 (rota)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Field Service Coffee Engineer to join our team, providing service, repair, and maintenance across a wide range of coffee machines from various manufacturers. This is a field-based role covering Central London, ensuring our customers receive prompt and professional support.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation, servicing, and repair of traditional and automatic coffee machines

Diagnosing and fixing mechanical and electrical faults

Providing technical advice and support to customers

Managing your workload efficiently while delivering excellent customer service

Participating in a 1-in-4 weekend rota

About You:

Proven experience as a Coffee Engineer or similar field service role

Strong background in mechanical and electrical fault-finding

Experience working with multiple coffee machine brands/manufacturers

Excellent problem-solving skills and a professional approach

Full UK driving licence
