Are you a compassionate leader with a passion for transforming young lives? We're looking for an experienced and values-driven Registered Manager to lead a brand-new 2-bed therapeutic children's home in Standish.

? Who You Are: You're someone who leads with heart and integrity. You understand trauma-informed care and the power of connection. You're passionate about building a home where young people can feel safe, supported, and thrive.

To apply, you must have:

At least 2 years' experience in a residential children's setting (within the last 5 years)

A minimum of 1 year in a supervisory or management role

Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People

Level 5 in Leadership and Management (or working towards)

Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations, safeguarding, and children's legislation

A full UK driving licence

Must be aged 21+ and eligible to work in the UK
