Job Title: Web Developer (WordPress & React)
Salary: £30k-£40k
Location: Hatfield (hybrid 3 office days, 2 remote)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites using WordPress and React.
• Collaborate with designers and project managers to implement innovative solutions and improve existing web applications.
• Customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet specific project requirements.
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use with React. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to web development.

Experience:

• 2-4 years of experience in web development, with a strong focus on WordPress and React.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating them into WordPress and React applications.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
