Production Operative (Engineering)

Daventry, Northants

Monday to Thursday 7am until 5pm - 38 hours

£25,688 per annum (£13.00 per hour)

Our long established Engineering, Manufacturing client based in Daventry are looking to recruit a permanent Production Operative.

While our client is extremely keen to consider applicants from an Engineering background ,this is also a fantastic opportunity for someone who has completed their education within Engineering and looking for their first position, as my client will provide full training.

Production Operative responsibilities:

Operation of machines and production equipment
Use of hand tools
Inspection and quality checking of the finished product, to ensure it meets with customer specifications
Ensuring adherence to Health and Safety policies and procedures at all times.Production Operative requirements:

Previous experience working within an Engineering environment OR educated within an Engineering discipline
Good attention to detail and the ability to maintain high quality standards
Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team or on own initiative
Motivated with a positive helpful attitude
