Our client, a leading US Law Firm firm, is seeking an experienced Reprographics Assistant to support their busy Office Services team.
Key Duties - High-quality printing, scanning, photocopying & finishing
- Laminating, binding & guillotining
- Stock checks & ordering consumables
- Basic copier troubleshooting & escalation
- Post handling, couriers & confidential waste
- Keeping copy rooms stocked & tidy
- Assisting with meeting rooms & office moves
What You'll Need - Experience with reprographics equipment
- Strong attention to detail & time management
- Good communication & teamwork skills
- Flexible, hands-on approach
- Experience in legal/corporate environments
