Our client is a leading FMCG company that develops and manufactures a range of innovative household cleaning products. With a strong NPD portfolio and increasing sales they are now looking to recruit a Regulatory Affairs Assistant for their Technical Department, reporting to the Technical Director. This role is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to pursue a career in Regulatory Affairs.

Role:

Assisting in the creation and maintenance of regulatory documentation for UK, EU, and rest of world as required.

Create, check, review and approve finished product specifications and pack copies in customer agreed format and policies. Maintain specific customers finished product online specification systems.

Support the department with all regulatory system audits as required.

Respond to any relevant customer and third-party requests and queries.

Maintain the labelling and safety data sheet database. Update and maintain the regulatory tracking database.

Ensure regulatory technical dossiers are maintained in line with applicable legislation.

Preparation of documents for regulatory submissions as required.

Assisting New Product Development (NPD) and Sales teams with ad-hoc enquiries as required.

Please note that full training will be provided for all of the core responsibilities for this role.

Full training will be provided with bespoke business software as required.

Candidate:

Degree in science or equivalent level of experience.

Some relevant experience in a technical, regulatory or quality environment would be a strong advantage.

Candidates with relevant laboratory experience looking to move into Regulatory Affairs also considered.

Proficient in the use of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Shows high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
