A Chartered Surveying practice predominantly operating across the Southeast is seeking a professional Senior Quantity Surveyor, or an experienced QS, to join its Chelmsford office.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role

Working alongside an Associate Director, the new Senior Quantity Surveyor will be undertaking a mix of Quantity Surveying, Project Management, and Employer's Agent duties, as you lead projects from inception to completion.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor shall work across a diverse range of projects, with values ranging from £50K to £100M. These span across multiple sectors, including residential estate regeneration, commercial offices, industrial, and education.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

* MRICS or working towards

* Cost Consultancy / PQS experience - is a must

* Experience of delivering projects as a QS from inception to completion

* Pre and post contract experience

* Any EA or PM experience would be useful

* Essex based

* Strong communication skills
