As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will:

• Assist solicitors with managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, including freehold and leasehold properties, sales, and purchases.
• Prepare legal documents, including contracts, transfer deeds, and completion statements.
• Conduct property searches and deal with related administrative tasks.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties involved in transactions.
• Assist in managing deadlines and ensuring smooth transaction progress.
• Provide general administrative support to the conveyancing team.

The successful Conveyancing Paralegal will:

• Have experience in residential conveyancing or a legal support role (ideally 6+ months).
• Be familiar with the conveyancing process and related documentation.
• Possess excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Be proactive, with strong communication skills, and able to liaise with clients and external parties.
• Show a willingness to learn and contribute to the team's success.
