You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to align technology roadmaps with long-term business goals, while ensuring that systems are modern, secure, and resilient.What you’ll be doing
• Leading the transformation of IT and OT systems using secure-by-design principles
• Working with leadership to define and deliver the long-term technology strategy
• Overseeing cybersecurity to protect highly sensitive data environments
• Developing strategies to migrate away from legacy systems and implement modern solutions
• Inspiring and mentoring IT and OT teams to thrive during change
• Managing budgets, technology investments, and vendor relationshipsAbout youYou will have a proven track record managing complex IT and OT environments in secure or regulated sectors, with a strong background in systems transformation and cybersecurity. You are both a strategic leader and a hands-on problem solver, confident working with legacy technologies while driving modernisation. To be successful, you will need to be eligible for UK Security Clearance.
