Morgan McKinley is partnering with a well-established business near Cirencester who are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join their finance team on a temporary basis. This is a great opportunity for someone who can hit the ground running and confidently manage the end-to-end AP process.

Key Responsibilities:

Process purchase invoices

Reconcile supplier statements

Handle employee expenses and credit card expenditure

Produce weekly payment runs

Maintain accurate supplier records

Post bank transactions

Assist with supplier queries

Support the Transactions Manager, Management Accountants, and Financial Controller with ad-hoc tasks
