Customer Support Officer

Pure Staff are currently recruiting for a Customer Support Officer for our client based in Avonmouth, Bristol. Immediate starts are available following a successful interview process.

This is a call-based role where you will be answering inbound calls from customers, handling enquiries, and raising and resolving cases in between calls.

Your Role as a Customer Support Officer

Answering inbound calls and assisting customers with enquiries
Logging and managing cases accurately in the system
Providing excellent customer service and resolving issues promptly
Working across multiple systems including CRM and email

Requirements

Previous experience in office or call centre-based roles desirable
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Good computer literacy and attention to detail
Professional and customer-focused approach

Pay & Shifts

£14.06 per hour
Monday to Friday:
08:30 AM - 17:00 PM
