What You'll Be Doing:
• Managing and growing a diverse commercial book of business.
• Building lasting relationships with SME and mid-market clients across multiple sectors.
• Identifying opportunities for cross-sell and upsell to maximise client value.
• Working with insurers to negotiate competitive terms and bespoke solutions.
• Playing a key role in the growth of the South Wales office, balancing service and new business activity.
