A leading UKAS-accredited asbestos consultancy is looking to appoint an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to support a growing and well-established workload across Cardiff and the wider South Wales region. This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable business delivering services to blue chip companies, government bodies, schools, universities, and major commercial clients.
This role offers a varied workload across both domestic and commercial environments, alongside strong career development and long-term progression.

The RoleCarrying out Management and Refurbishment & Demolition (R&D) asbestos surveys
Undertaking air monitoring, including 4-stage clearances and reoccupation certificates
Conducting bulk sampling and analysis
Working across domestic, commercial, and public sector sites
Producing accurate, compliant reports in line with HSG264 and HSE guidance
Liaising with clients, contractors, and members of the public
Supporting wider team operations and regional growth where required
About YouBOHS P402
Full UK driving licence
Experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor
Strong understanding of asbestos regulations and compliance
Professional, reliable, and well-organised
Able to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
