Care and Support Assistant - Southwark - Full-time - September Start

Remedy Education are looking for a caring and committed Care and Support Assistant to join a SEN school in Southwark from September. This full-time, long-term role involves supporting students with a range of physical and learning needs, including those requiring personal care.

Key responsibilities:

Supporting students with personal care, feeding, and mobility

Assisting in the classroom and during transitions around the school

Working closely with teachers and therapists to meet individual care plans

Promoting a safe, respectful and inclusive environment for all pupils

The ideal candidate will:

Have experience in a school, care or healthcare setting

Be comfortable with personal care duties

Have a calm, patient and proactive attitude

Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to obtain one
