EAC are working with an Organisation based in Milton Keynes who are looking for a Systems Analyst to take ownership of their core business systems and help drive efficiency across the organisation.

This is a hands-on, business-facing role where you’ll work closely with teams across operations, finance, sales and warehousing to improve processes, resolve system issues and support ongoing system development.

• Acting as the go-to person for business systems (ERP and integrated platforms)
• Working with stakeholders to understand challenges and improve processes
• Investigating and resolving system issues (2nd/3rd line support)
• Supporting system upgrades, changes and new implementations
• Analysing data and producing reports to support decision-making
• Testing system changes and ensuring everything runs smoothly
• Training users and improving how teams use systems

• Experience working with ERP systems (e.g. Sage, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Background in systems analysis, application support, or business analysis
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Confidence working with data / databases (e.g. SQL)
• Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical teams

• Experience with Sage X3
• Exposure to e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento)
• Understanding of finance, supply chain, or warehouse operations
