Mayfield Recruitment are currently looking for an Experienced Registered Manager - Children's in the Bradford area on a permanent basis. The position the Experienced Registered Manager - Children's will need to ensure the delivery of high-quality, person centered care to all residents.

The Registered Manager - Children's will be responsible for:

Provide strong leadership to the care team, promoting a culture of compassion, dignity, and excellence.
Ensure the care home operates in full compliance with OFSTED standards and other relevant legislation.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies.
Oversea safeguarding, health and safety, infection control, and risk management within the home.
You will be overseeing a 7 bed children's homes

The Registered Manager - Children's will need:
Proven experience in working as a Registered Children's Manager in a care home or similar care setting.
In-depth knowledge of OFSTED regulations, safeguarding protocols, and best practice in elderly or specialist care
Experience managing an Ofsted rated Good or Outstanding children's home
A committed and enthusiastic leader with a passion to make a difference
Level 5 Diploma qualification in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England)
A full UK driving license which you've held for at least 12 months
