Seed Library at One Hundred Shoreditch is a warm, low-lit space from award-winning bartender Mr. Lyan, known for stripped-back classics, seasonal flavours, and relaxed sophistication. We're looking for a bartender who brings as much personality to the glass as they do to the conversation.
What You'll Do- Mix, shake, stir and serve our signature cocktails and classic serves with skill and flair.
- Deliver warm, confident, and knowledgeable service to every guest.
- Keep the bar running smoothly - from stock prep to closing duties.
- Collaborate with the team on seasonal menu changes and creative ideas.
Salary: £12.21 p/h + tronc, plus benefits
